I have a couple questions.....I bought 16 rolls Scott PT and the 9 ice cream in the same transaction. Thought I would get 45.00 in cats but got 30.00. Now I don't know if the PT didn't work or it only prints out max of 30.00 in cats per transaction. Can anyone address this?? I wish I would have seperated the 2 orders. Thanks!
Did you check the price of the ice cream? At my Jewel the ice cream is non-preffered price 5.99 which comes out to $53.91 when you purchase 9. You actually have to purchase 10 plus the 16 paper towel and an additional $4.25 to get the $45 in CATS. It is always best to check the price at the scanner before doing the deals. I also bring along a calculator. Hope this helps.

They are able to reference your transaction and determine if you should have received a cat. I should receive my cats in 6-8 weeks. Waiting on hold is a chore, and you will have to answer a few questions re your receipt. I tend not to call if it is just a few bucks or if I am uncertain of the upc codes, but this time since it was just one product on my receipt and $15 I gave it a go.

I didn't bother to argue since the only crabby cashier at this store was waiting on me and I didn't think it was worth the hassle. Besides, I was in the dog house because I had 16 items and I was in a 10 item lane. I didn't realize it because they had changed the configuration from the usual setup and the store was almost empty anyway.

I just bought 16 Mega Roll Prints, single roll on sale for $1.29. UPC#54000 16448. It worked. Hope that helps.

I just did 2 transactions at two different stores. The first transaction worked fine. The second one I got 15 rolls or regular Scott towels and 1 roll of "choose a size" and did not get the catalina. I then returned them and got 16 of the regular ones and it worked fine. So I would be careful of the choose a size...

Do you have the UPC code that worked for you? I'm not sure what ones I purchased. I also returned them and did not want to attempt again.
