Hi, I would like to introduce this website to someone in Michigan, but I have a couple of questions. Could she use the info on this site? Is Jewel located in Michigan??
If not, which other store in MI would work in a similar way?

The Hilander deals on the blog will work at Kroger -- Kroger's in Michigan and they double coupons every day :)

Hi, I spent all summer in Sturgis, Michigan. I know there isn't a Jewel or Dominick's in sight. However, I was able to take advantage of all of the deals at Kroger, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Meijer, Kmart, etc. The good news about being up in Michigan (from my experience) is that no one heavily coupons up there. So they will own the place!!!!

This is good to know, I was aware that not everybody is as lucky as we are here with Jewel... but at least there are still lots of opportunities to take advantage of sales.

Kroger

You can do really well at a Kroger store - they participate in four different electronic coupon sites (the same 3 Dominick's does, plus a Unilever one) plus the doubling - and they do have cat and instant-savings deals regularly too.

How could she find out about the cat deals that run at Kroger? Is there a website like yours with more specific Kroger cat deals perhaps? Is it printed somewhere like Meijer does it?

Under my Deals of the Week, look at the Hilander deals - Hilander is the name of Kroger stores in Illinois -- they're typically the same as all Kroger stores...
